What is a Fair Share Trust Local Panel?

To make sure that Fair Share Trust grants are relevant and effective, local agents facilitate a local advisory committee called the Fair Share Trust Local Panel. Each neighbourhood will have a local panel, which will be made up of residents, representatives from the Local Strategic Partnership and other relevant local stakeholders.

The role of the local panel is to set the local priorities for the Fair Share Trust funding in their neighbourhood, to provide local knowledge on the relevance of projects and to recommend approval or rejection of project applications.
