The Protector, Mark Nicholls, was appointed by the Big Lottery Fund to protect the interests of Fair Share Trust. The Trust Deed is a legal document governing how Community Foundation Network, the sole Trustee of the Fair Share Trust, must distribute the funding. As well as receiving regular reports from Community Foundation Network, Mark Nicholls visits Fair Share Trust Areas every year to see how the local delivery agents are working with local panels to make a difference in communities throughout the UK.
DCTV has received Fair Share Trust funding to work with young people on media project/s.
