Government funds advice and guidance for neighbourhood plans

To help local groups develop neighbourhood plans, which are a part of the basis for the government's localism legislation for England, the Communities Department is funding four organisations to provide advice and guidance. The four are the Prince's Foundation, Locality, the Royal Town Planning Institute, and the National Association of Local Councils in partnership with the Campaign to Protect Rural England.
