Local Update for November 2008

At the November Panel meeting funding was agreed to support the Football project that is part of the Youth Initiative being supported in the area. This funding of £41,506 will support the provision of organised football training and games on separate nights in each of the three neighbourhoods of Carsic,New Cross and Leamington for two years. Additionally there will be coaching courses for volunteers that will lead to FA qualified awards being achieved.
The next panel will be held on 13 January 2009 at St. Mary’s Court, Carsic Estate, Sutton in Ashfield, Notts.
