The next Panel meeting will be held at 2.00pm on Tuesday 4 November at St.Marys Hall, Carsic, Sutton in Ashfield.
At the Panel meeting held on 2nd September grant cheques totalling £200,000 were presented to groups that had recently been funded to provide debt and financial help and support services and activities for older people including luncheon clubs and exercicse activities along with an integrated transport service to link these in each of the three neighbourhoods oh Leamington, Carsic and New Cross.
Acivities previoulsy funded under the Youth Initiative are engaging more than 120 young people and it is expected that this number will grow as news of the new activities spreads.
