Sir Clive Booth visit to Seaton Valley

The Seaton Valley (Blyth Valley) Fair Share panel welcomed a visit to their area by Sir Clive Booth, Chair of the Big Lottery Fund in summer 2009. The panel and projects turned out in force to welcome Sir Clive Booth and show what progress had been made since Fair Share was set up. Presentations were made by projects and Local Agents around community development work in the area, the development of the community centres, and healthy living projects for young people. It was very encouraging to see Blig Lottery take such an interest in Fair Share, and links have now been established with the regional Big Lottery Team for future visits and information exchange.
